Yo Bot

A desktop assistant. Your bots work on your own computer, with your own files, calendar and tools, and ask before they change anything that matters.

What it does

• Chat with named bots that remember what you tell them and work in folders you choose.
• Read and write documents, spreadsheets and PDFs on your computer.
• Run routines on a schedule, such as a brief before each meeting.
• Connect your Google Calendar and Drive, if you choose to, so a bot can answer questions about your schedule and save documents for you.

Your data stays with you

Yo Bot runs on your computer. There is no Yo Bot server and no Yo Bot account. What you connect, and what your bots read, is stored on your computer and sent only to the AI model provider you choose, to answer your request. Read the privacy policy for the details.

Google sign-in

When you connect Google, Yo Bot asks only for the access it needs: your calendar events, and the Drive files Yo Bot itself creates. By default, every calendar change is shown to you for approval first. You can disconnect at any time in Yo Bot, or at your Google Account.
